About the Founder

My name is Michelle Williams

I have been taking a new approach to life since 2019 after heart surgery, Lymes Disease, Long Haul COVID (12 weeks) and trauma. I have had one goal since then, consciously get out of the drama and heal myself. It's the only way to find harmony in the mind, body and spirit and live as we were intended to. The body wants to heal and now it can.
